Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Buck Automations LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Buck", "we"). By purchasing a package or subscription you agree to them.

Services

We design, configure, and maintain business automations — such as lead response, customer follow-up, scheduling, and reporting — inside software tools that you own or subscribe to. We do not sell or resell those third-party tools; their fees and terms are between you and their vendors.

Payment

Setup packages are billed once, at purchase. Support plans are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled. Prices are as listed on our site at the time of purchase.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts and information needed to deliver the work, and you confirm you have the right to grant that access. You remain responsible for the content of messages sent through your systems and for compliance with laws that apply to your business.

Warranties and liability

We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures of third-party tools.

Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
